What we do

9.png

RAISE AWARENESS
The Foundation strives to raise awareness of mental health challenges, suicide and Sophie's story. We hope to encourage everyone to check on their "strong" friends, family and colleagues, help create an honest conversation about mental health and inform about what we can all do to battle the current mental health crisis.

FUNDRAISE
The Foundation sponsors, supports and organises highly inclusive fundraisers, with the money raised usually dedicated to a specific charity or project. Each fundraiser celebrates and encourages the hobbies and activities that are known to positively impact mental health maintenance.

SUPPORT CHARITIES
The Foundation partners with and funds charities whose work supports the pursuit of our mission. By collaborating with some of the invaluable charities that are already established we hope to make a real, long term difference to those facing mental health adversity.

6

We had supported 6 different mental health charities by designating monies raised or funding specific projects. Including Sound Minds, Suicide&Co. and Mind.
